Later that evening, my girlfriends came over with dinner, desserts and drinks in hand.
Despite feeling so much shame because of my visible scars, I embraced the warmth of their unconditional love.
After dinner, I showed off to them my tea bouquet, and once again, laughter filled the room as we smelled the aromatic teas and the creativity behind the flower tea arrangement.
I remember thinking in that dark moment, “wow, I’m surrounded by so much love.”
Inspired by my sister's healing love and her expertise in teas, we embarked on a new journey and venture and launched Stille Essence, a tea brand designed to nurture inner and outer healing.
