Cancellation Policy

If your order has already undergone processing and/or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please be aware that your order may be processed and shipped several hours before updates appear in your My Account area or before notifications are received.

If your order has not yet shipped, we can accommodate a cancellation and process a refund for the order, less the initial payment processing fees incurred, which amount to $3 per order. It's important to note that these processing fees are non-refundable once the cancellation is initiated.
