This magnificent brew is a highly oxidized oolong - with large twisted leaves that have a unique black appearance. It brews and amber cup that almost startles with its dramatic aroma and smooth, clean finish.

CAFFEINE LEVEL: Moderate
STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: steep at 190 - 205°F water temperature for 3-4 minutes
