Not sure which blend to choose for the tea lover in your life? Let them pick their own.
A Stille Essence gift card gives them the best part: browsing our loose leaf teas and choosing the ones that sound right for their own cup.
Our shop has black, green, white, oolong and herbal teas, along with fruit tisanes, teapots, infusers and gift boxes, so there is plenty to explore whether they have been steeping loose leaf for years or are just getting started.
It also makes a nice treat for yourself if you like to stock up on your favorites.
How it works
- Choose an amount from $10 to $100.
- Enter the recipient’s email address and, if you like, add a personal note.
- The gift card arrives by email with a code.
- They enter the code at checkout on stilleessence.com whenever they are ready. Any balance stays on the card for next time.
It's truly the perfect gift for any occasion!
Shipping & Return
xShipping
Orders leave our New Jersey studio within 2 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your tea is on its way.
Shipping is free on orders over $59.
If Something Is Not Right
Because our teas are food products, we are not able to take them back once an order has shipped. That said, we want you to be happy with what arrives. If your order comes damaged, if something is missing, if you received the wrong item, or if a blend simply is not what you hoped it would be, email us at support@stilleessence.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it.
Cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, email us at support@stilleessence.com and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order was delivered but it never reached you, let us know within 7 days. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 2 business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
