Description
xOur Ti Kwan Yin Oolong is an excellent example of a traditional Chinese Oolong tea cultivated south of the Min River in China’s Fujian Province. Not as highly oxidized as our Ruby Red Robe Oolong, the large curled leaves appear almost reddy-brown with a dark green tinge when they unfurl in the cup. This Ti Kwan Yin Oolong tea produces a golden, honey colored cup with a sweet, floral aroma and an orchid-like, delicate flavor when brewed. Decant and Enjoy!

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS: steep at 190 - 205°F water temperature for 3-4 minutes
